SHIPPING:
JAE Creations is not responsible for any shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the postal service. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, any delays caused by the shipping carrier, such as during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, are beyond our control.
PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

PREORDERS typically take 3-7 business days to process

During peak times or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but rest assured, we work hard to get your order ready as quickly as possible.
ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our carrier’s website.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation has been made by the postal service.
